Baptism

May God, who has received you by baptism into his Church,
pour upon you the riches of his grace,
that within the company of Christ's pilgrim people
you may daily be renewed by his anointing Spirit,
and come to the inheritance of the saints in glory. Amen.

We are always delighted to welcome families to celebrate baptism, and endeavour to make this service a special and memorable occasion.

We like to invite you to a short preparation prior to the Baptism or Thanksgiving Service. This gives you the opportunity to find out more about the symbolism of Baptism and what it means for you, your family, Godparents or sponsors. You will also be able to look at the Service and be given some ideas for making it a personal and special occasion.

We also like to keep in touch after the Baptism or Thanksgiving telling you about special services, community events and lots of other activities for people of all ages.
